LED Offstate Brightness will not go all the way off on S4 MK2 after 2.7 update
Maybe something simple I'm just overlooking...on my prior version of Traktor I was able to turn the state brightness of the LEDs all the way down . In the latest update it appears that I can only go as far as 1. (Which still seem pretty bright if you ask me) If anyone has a solution to this it would be greatly appreciated

There are a lot of complaints about this in NI Forum.
As a workaround in a post there you can downgrade the Controller Editor to the previous version (uninstall the one on your computer now and download the 1.7.0 from NI Website). This works for me too.

I'm having the exact same problem, any suggestions welcome!
Macbook Pro / 16GB Ram / 1600MHz DDR3 / 2.8 GHzIntel i7
Traktor: 2.7.0
Tried setting all LED brightness levels and the minimum OFF State is still very bright!
Tried reboot, various USB ports.

found this on the NI Site:
1/ download Controller Editor 1.7.0 from the NI download page (free updates)
2/ deinstall Controller Editor 1.7.1 (this version is installed with Traktor 2.7.0)
3/ install Controller Editor 1.7.0

Worked a treat for me!

Great! Now I just need to figure out how to locate and uninstall that file on a mac and I'll be good to go.

I use APP CLEANER which works well
