Looks decent, do you know if it has rubber "sticky" bits on the bottom?

Definitely useful for a tight booth. I wouldn't want to use it unless I absolutely had to (I hate wobbly stands for any of my gear let alone a controller), but this is a cool product.

Nice. But do S4 (or similar) users need a stand? S4 seems like a table height controller to me?

This is really for if you have no space anywhere else like playing out in a tiny DJ booth.

I played about with this at BPM and it is a good stand but would be a nightmare to take to a gig. The parts would need their own large bag and it would take ages to assemble.

Have they posted up their answer to the UberStand yet..?

I saw that at BPM and it looked really good. Lighter than the uberstand and way more sturdy.

I berated him for the terrible Magman 2.0 folding stand which was very poor and he showed me the new version which has a slide out bit that holds a Korg nano or similar . It was a vast improvement on the 2.0

the guy on the Magma stand was really nice, same guy as last year. In fact he was wearing some nice glasses and i asked were i could get them from. im on the hunt.

So your two favorite things from BPM were the K2's and the Magma reps glasses?

Ugh, I hate having the controllers on stands. Stuff you touch should be right on the table, in my opinion!
And if there's no room, throw down a sweater or something on the turntables and put the controller on top.
