I have the hd 25 sp -ii ones and tried them next to the hd25, i much prefer the sound of the sp. More sub bass. It's all what you prefer ;-)

Best headphones for DJing with a hat on.
Only drawback is if you jump into a system with bad echo/delay and no monitors.
Those lollipops won't let you split cue/mix like normal headphones will.
