NI Audio-2-dj winter warmer

I'm sure you've all seen the winter warmer promotion from NI.

But a mate of mine has an Audio-2 that he is willing to sell to me from peanuts, with the LE 2 still un registered.

If i register it on my MBP tonight, will I still get the email letting me upgrade to Duo 2? as can't afford Pro at the moment
