Agree 110%. They really haven't done much with it, just slapped their cdjs onto the sides of a mixer and called it a day. Seems they really haven't dove into Traktor at all to see what it's capable of and make a controller that really takes advantage of it.

And they still have bloody jog wheels! >_<

Here's the ideal controller for Traktor, hands down.

They really looked at the software, see's what it can do and gives you plenty of buttons and knobs to take advantage of everything with out having to worry about using multiple scene's/shift buttons.

Just reading the main blog post... and if this thing works with Serato Scratch Live....

God damn. I'm sold 100% and am willing to sell my left leg. That's been my biggest issue with controllers, and one of the reasons I've been leaning toward CDJ's. For SSL compatibility (since most of my buddies use it, and I really like it).

That would blow the top off anything IMO.

No filters would be fail but they have to include them, it seems to integral to be left out but I definitely don't see them on the pictures. I would give up the cue point juggling for the cdjs and just buy a midi fighter.

Just looking over this it doesn't seem made for s4 software nor do I think they would have to time to make it tailored to traktor s4 unless NI gave them a heads up about the software.

Hmmm on the traktor version? I may see them but I can't really read what it says

Underwhelmed... apparently not the only one, either. Stick to overpriced CDJs, Pioneer.

    This idea is really nice...

    I liked...

If you manage to be keyboard and touchpad independent with this controller this is just perfect!
I just hate those laptop stands ...

Just wait till all the CDJ djs go digital then we can all slag them off for slagging us about digital mixing

I even bet more then half of them will still beatmatch instead of taking advantage of using the sync then mapping the pitch for crazy fx tricks
