Default Cheap USB Mixer to work with X1 MK2 And Traktor Pro 2

    Hi,

I'm looking for a cheap 2 channel usb mixer to go along with my x1 mk2. The X1 MK2 as chameleon is a pain in the ass, that's why i want a mixer. Maybe purchase a soundcard later to hook it up to system, if it's integrated it's a plus. Do you guys have any suggestions? My budget is under €100,-.

    I have seen these:

    DJ TECH Mixer One
    DJ TECH Mixer DJM101

    What do you recommend?

    Thanks in advance!

Why dont you map some knobs to control the volume?

Hi Thanks for your reply, but like i said the x1 as a chameleon is not my thing. I like having the full control of a mixer. I have owned a VCI-400 and now building a compact setup.

Dj Tech X10, I used it . Someone broke into my house and obviously went for it.
I was that good. Link to digitaldjtips.com review on it.

If you wanna do something completely different I can recommend Evolution UC-33 I have used it for quite some time and love it. They are not produced anymore but are available on ebay at less then 80-90€.

You get 9 faders and 24 knobs wich is a bargain for the buck :-)

Z1. Honestly mate, some of those cheap mixers wouldn't last you 6 months of regular use, and sound like strangled dog turds.

Give the Behringer MM1 a look. I'm using it with 2x Kontrol X1s. The USB hub on the back is a great addition, so all three units only use one USB slot on my Macbook (important if you only have two!).
    Setup: Macbook Pro | 2x Kontrol X1 | Behringer MM1 | HD200 | Traktor
