I clicked on notificatons today by accident because i was trying to edit my sig, and it said no new messages, clicked on it anyway to find i had 3 unread from a few days ago..

This is a problem that has been bugging mod Jester.NZ for quite some time as well.
I'm trying to find a solution on this one, but up until now, nothing yet. That you are now reporting this as well, urges me to get some extra time in this one.

I think this is different that Jester's problem as these people are geting their PM's. They're just not getting the notification by the PM link in the bar on top that they have PM's. This happened when it was moved.
