    You take a whole table with you?? You could sell the flightcases and get a big ol' coffin case for everything and a stable keyboard stand or something to put it on.

    I have a small plastic table that folds in half. None of the venues around here have booths or gear for that matter.

    But look at the PDF, as I suspect that the site has mistaken the pictures of the RRBB and the RR12BB. According to the PDF specs , the RR12BB will do the job for you.

    It's practically a set of brackets to mount the mixer between the TTs using a special construction. You attach it to the cases and it creates a shelf between them. You will practically place the mixer and the X1 on the side of the mixer in an X1 case and both will fit in on the shelf. It's said to be up-to 14" in width, which should do about fine for your NUO3 + the X1.
