It's funny because he's the perfect candidate for one or more midi controllers but instead he's mastered pointing-and-clicking through complex sets of loops. His live performance involves AudioMulch and he edit loops in Adobe Audition. I just couldn't handle mixing with little check boxes.

Didnt watch the whole thing but i couldnt enjoy the way he does things:O YAWN but every person has their way of doing things i supose.
I play everything Indie/ Rock/ HipHop/ Cheese/ Electro/ Dubstep and anything that sounds good

Props to him for still using Windows XP, but you could do the same stuff with Ableton, and have a lot more fun with it and have it be less of a headache.

Seems like he could do it more easily with Ableton Live and a Novation Launchpad or something. Although I guess once you're used to a certain workflow, it's hard to change everything.

yeah i didnt think djing in a "loop" based platform (DAW's like Ableton and the like) could be any more confusing than Ableton is.

I used to get like that in the office if I tried using XP for anything productive too !but when he's on stage he's a sweaty, intense

Get him a decent soundcard & APC40 & Someone give that man an Ableton sponsorship ...
The poor bloke, that interface really REALLY looks complicated for the sake of being complicated !
