hey guys im from the UK and it says PSN is up in EU but the uk site says its still down. Is it up in the USA and any know from EU or anywhere else

yea i know y its down. its a week now tho. starting to get a bit pissed off about it. would buy an xbox, but its guna break aint it. the eu site says it up

Still down here too in the UK. Been a week now and yesterday Sony told us that they don't know if our card details have been stolen from them or not. Idiots!

Strong rumours that the delay is because they basically re-building PSN with tighter security, better networking system and trying to close some of the loopholes for jailbroken PS3's. Read in a few places now that when it does go up, you'll likely get a prompt to download a system update/PSN update which will be PSN 2.0.
