Default Mimicking the F1 cell volume

Have been mapping my PUSH as a remix deck to work as F1 controller. I see the f1 can turn up the volume of individual cells should the sample be of low volume and vice versa. It uses combo buttons on the f1 and uses slider to lock/alter volume (perhaps gain) of individual sample cell. Same is true for pitch of sample.

Can this function be mapped? What is the f1 actually doing to achieve that?

Any hints at all would be great.

    Thank you.

Thanks for the info then Stewe. I think it's a really useful feature. And also the cell speed/transpose thingy. 😪

Ni decided that those features should be exclusive for control F1... Though I think that S8 and D2 have the pitch adjust mappings built in.
