    Default Problems

    I am having some issues

I have moved from a HP Pavilion to a Mac Book Pro ( thank god ! )

but when i load the TSI that is provided from DJTT i still get the same glitch that i got from my HP , Glitch you ask ???

When i turn the Mix ( for my headphones ) either way , it also moves my Deck A Pitch fader !

can someone please let me know what is up with this ?

Aslo Admins of the Oh so Epic and Kick ass DJTT Forums , is there a way to send in my VCI-100 Arcade Edit , to find out why this Fader ( for Deck A ) is not working ? i have not taken it apart , it has been to a few gigs and yes taken a nice beating thanks to London Heathrow sweet Baggage check , but other than that she works just fine , please let me know what is to be done ?

Did you do the Arcade mod or did it come from DJTT? Have you loaded the mapping twice, closing and restarting traktor each time? If that doesn't fix it You can look for the cue and fader commands in the mapping and see which one is wrong. Then it's just a matter of mapping it correctly. As far as sending it back your best bet is to contact the store at orders@djtechtools.com

    yes,

i bought my Arcade from you , on the website my email is on file.
i have done the load x2 , exit , restart of my computer and it still does the same thing , i have not edited the Midi file or the command in the program. i know where and what it is , but think that because this has happen not only to 1 computer ( with my controller ) but 2 now , i think it might be something else , for now i dont need the Mix ( due to having a external sound card ) but would like some insight on what is going on .

As far as sending it back , this would only be if something was wrong with my controller , as of now it works like a champ ! i have had a few other controllers and nothing i mean NOTHING , can stand up to the VCI , so all you S4 guys go take a hike , its only cool cause what DJTT has done with the VCI , nothing like a copy cat ! if you ask me they pirated the tech and spit out there own " too many button controller "

    Default Still having problems :(

still nothing , i had to delete the Mix volume to make it work right , but i still worry about how my A-side , pitch does not work what so ever , ( even the up and down does not show when i use the Learn ) so i am thinking some brain surgery might be needed .

if i send in my VCI-100 , which i have purchased from the DJTT store , are you able to find and fix the issue ?

I'm and most of the other moderators on here are just a volunteers so we can't help you with any direct dealing with DJTT. Your best bet is to contact them directly through orders@djtechtools.com.

When you move the fader that's controlled by the mix knob does the mix knob turn?
