Question Multiple instant-grat maps on multiple controllers

Sorry for the poor wording of the subject, it's hard to explain in a sentence but this is more of a general question.

I have a MF3D and a Kontrol F1 that I'm trying to use together. The MF3D has the flashflooder mapping and I've just downloaded Tekken's custom mapping for the F1 (https://maps.djtechtools.com/mappings/652) that has a similar instant-grat mapping but with some different/added effects.

Both the MidiFighter mapping and Tekken's mapping work fine by themselves, but when I have both plugged in and working together (the F1 in midi-mode), the mappings seem to conflict with each other and my MF3D buttons will trigger different effects than what it's supposed to, and vice versa.

Is this because you have to load the mappings in a specific order? If I use the big import button to load the F1 custom mapping, and then use the big import button to load the MF3D mapping, my F1 mapping will disappear from the list. I've tried it the other way also but then the MF3D mapping will disappear. So then I figured out you can load one, then hit the small "Add" button in the Controller Manager screen to load the other, and they will both be there.

I set all the in/out ports correctly which I thought meant it would keep the mapping separate and assigned strictly to each controller, but it seems like because one instant-grat mapping is slightly different than the other, they are conflicting? Either that, or I'm just missing something and you're supposed to load everything in a specific order to get them to work together smoothly?

Since both of these mappings have to import 'Effect Settings' into Traktor, I'm thinking whatever one I import first is overriding any additional effects mapping I add. The beatmasher is the only thing that works perfectly on both.

Just to be clear, the MF3D and F1 work fine together if I'm not using the midi-mode custom mapping for the F1. It's only the instant-grat part of it that seems to be conflicting and launching the wrong effects than what it's supposed to be.

    Thanks in advance!

    No.

That's correct. Big import button will always overwrite all existing mappings.

Just to be clear, the MF3D and F1 work fine together if I'm not using the midi-mode custom mapping for the F1. It's only the instant-grat part of it that seems to be conflicting and launching the wrong effects than what it's supposed to be.
In this case you'll need to edit effect selector commands in one of mappings to match the other mapping.
