mine freezes each time i try to scratch.. mainly playing around.. do u guys get the same problem...

Nope not mine sorry.
I did read in the NI forum i think it was that someone was having problems when static electricity touched their VCI. Build up some static by rubbing your shoes on the carpet then touch your jog wheel to see if you can crash your VCI like this.

mine did once when my daughter and i were goin gonzo with the beat juggle. So ya, very possibly a static thing.
