    Hello,
I don't know how old this is, but incase you havn't got anything yet... :P
I also have absolutley terrible audio problems with Traktor, They are un-fathemable! But I aslo had this problem,

After selecting "Aiso4All v2" in the audio setup, click on the settings button located near the "audio latency", A box should pop up,
Make sure it is selected on the output you want. If you know what your doing (which I don't!) Click the spanner at the bottom of the box and tweak the settings.

Then most importantly, check your "output routing", "input routing" settings, making sure the audio is being sent to the right speakers etc.

You should also go on to "midi setup" and make sure the "x" is infront on your midi, showing it is active, if not, just double click.

P.s, Sorry for the long post, Hope It helps.. Wish me luck on solving my problem!!
