Default List if shops selling DIY controllers parts

Just thought it'd be cool for everyone to list their sources for electronic parts for making DIY controllers. Should be a great resource to share

I've seen a few links dotted about the forums and blog but never a consolidated list - forgive me if I'm repeating something that has already been done.

Here are a few to kick things off.

    Buttons (arcade)
    http://www.lizardlickamusements.com/...hbuttons.shtml
    http://www.happcontrols.com/pushbuttons/pushbuttons.htm
    http://www.starcab.net/index.php?cPa...5dcbf7b77212f9
    http://akihabarashop.jp/

    Cases / Enclosures
    http://www.banzaieffects.com/Enclosu...xes-c-315.html
    http://octopart.com/search?q=+Enclosures

Not the biggest list in the world but it's a start. Anywhere that sells anything that you think would be useful (for building DJ controllers) would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!
