The sampled tracks are credited in "The fat of the land"'s booklet => useful i.e. for his rebuild of "Smack my bitch up".
I don't know if they're listed in "Music for the jilted generation"'s (which included "Voodoo people").
Now, they don't tell the times, but it's a good help

i think cuz he only wanted to use the sound from left or right channel. if you look close some of the samples have different audio on L/R
