    Default Traktor Scratch Pro After-Party

Hello I recently was reading the Native Instruments forum and one of the good things mentioned about Traktor Scratch Pro is that you can DJ at the club and then DJ at a friends after-party without your set (or club equipment) so my question is what would you have to do to connect your computer to a set of speakers so you can DJ to your after-party crowd?

I personally use an audio2 soundcard. Loud, simple and I can cue monitor.

I also use a VCI-100 midi controller. Versatile, portable, and works enough like CDjs that my mates can use it too.

You just need your equipment, sound card andthe appropriate cables to get into the house system.

Just like ssl, or torq... I find it funny that this is a "feature" of tsp, but probably what they really mean is that tsp doesn't require timecode control to still have full control over the deck functions. Which admittedly is pretty cool, you can use the club's techs and then go to a friend's house and hook up a vci-100 or whatever.

Well, that's a pretty big distinction. It's one thing to have to drag my laptop, VCI-100 and other various controller, and set up on a desk, it's another to have to drag my record players, mixer, laptop, and other various things (needles, cleaning solution, timecode records, etc, etc) to be able to spin.

Massive distinction in the case of Serato.
I can turn up anywhere with a laptop , audio2 , one audio cable , one usb cable , headphones and play. I can leave my controller at home if want cus Traktor can be controlled by the keyboard. My hotkey setup is pretty damn basic. It works a charm.

But can you connect a set of speakers to the audio 8 dj soundcard via RCA or something and you can always use the internal mode in Traktor Pro like (Karlos Santos) mentioned
