Fun story, a friend of mine scored an SL1 box at a flea market for $20. The dude selling it through it was a old amp. Needless, I wanted to kick his ass.

I prefer traktor, and made the switch about 2 years ago, but i'm sharing excitement as requested :-)

plans for now is a set with up a single turntable with instant doubles, and midi controller for cues and the sampler

i use my sl1 every day.

it's as reliable as anything i've ever owned. it always, always works.

i've never even had a hiccup with my setup.

at the moment i'm torn between buying a ttm57 or a new mixer and an sl3...

It's 11F here right now....nothing some layers won't fix but still making it hard to step away from the table.

took me about 5 minutes to setup the SL1 including instant doubles, which works exactly like it should.

I am saving for TSP but have TCs and a Audio 4....so just been using Deckadance to use my turntables and even that way....i have not had a problem. It sick. I used to scratch on old shit vinyl with no samples and shit. Was crap. Now i got all the killer scratch samples and man has my style improved. Cant wait for TSP. Enjoy dude....i know what fun it is!
