I like this one (see attachement).
Need it for my ESI U46 to get my headphones attached to it.
Although it has a headphone output, it always outputs the master-signal since it can't be allocated as a regular output.

    xlr to 1/4 inch
    rca to 1/8 inch
    2X rca to 1/4 inch
    1/4 inch to 1/8 inch
1/8 stereo to 1/4 inch mono (to plug my backup into 1 channel of a mixing board)

the contraption on the end goes from rca to 1/8 inch female so I can easily plug in where someone had a computer or mp3 player plugged in. I gig at a few small places where I run into their house sound system this way.

Thanks! The xlr adapter came from Guitar Center, everything else is from Radio Shack. The case cost a dollar at Target and I keep the ac adapter for my soundcard, a usb hub, and a 3 way power splitter in there as well.

    hey

Yep most of what is pictures there is perfect

Main thing to have is small jack to big and big to small in case you have to plug your headphones into somewhere unusual, and also some RCA(phono) to jack converters in case you have to plug the outputs from your sound card into a live music style mixer instead of a DJ mixer.

Throw in a female XLR to jack as pictured above in case you need to plug a mic into a jack instead of an XLR, and a stereo mini-jack to two phonos incase you need to plug in an ipod or similar and you should be good to go.

    All you really need are

    rca-1/4"
    rca-XLR
    1/4"-XLR
    1/4"-1/8" (if you're headphones don't have a built in adapter from 1/8" to 1/4")

You just need to be able to manage getting your interface to the board. The options there are either going to be RCA, 1/4" or XLR.

    So just be prepared.
