That is awesome, I like it. Looks like the designer really groks the idea of 4 deck digital DJing.

The big boys should pay attention to this setup.

Nice thinking, although I don't want to know how much that case costs... Using the same method as the new MBs...
I mix stuff on my things...

Looks nice, but wonder if this will become commercially available, and then at what price? For 4-deck Traktor mixing I'm using a UC33, the only thing I don't like about it is that it's not as solid as an actual mixer, but the pricepoint is perfect for controlling 4 decks, effects, and pitch.

Honestly as more and more of these kind of things keep coming out, it's really peaking my interest on how difficult it actually is to MAKE something like this. I mean, seriously it looks nice for a homemade job, if that is what it is. Time and effort and knowing where to get the box made for it.

Personally I want the control of Jog wheels, but other than that... this thing is nasty.

Totally agree, BigC. I'm seriously considering making something custom soon . . .

That is truly spectacular, but anything with a case CNC'd from a solid block of aluminium cant really be considered home made - custom yes - home made no.

It would have cost a bomb for just the case

That thing would be a total tank though, what a weapon!

I have a friend that built a CNC mill, big enough to make surfboards and heavy duty enough for aluminium. If I were to build a controller I'd sure have him do the faceplate. At the moment he's busy putting together a windsurf board for me thou.
