    I have quit before (for 4 years) and am usually riding my bicycle for 2-3 hrs daily, but since I've moved to atlanta, I haven't rode as much because it is not anywhere near as ideal as miami for riding bicycle. That's why I was hoping to offset less riding with meditation.

    Hardcore Zen by Brad Warner is an amazing book. The author is a Zen Buddhist teacher/punk musician, and this book is a nice combo of meditation techniques and stories from his life that really bring the ideas into the real world.
