    Default EQ'ing/Boosting a recorded track.

I recorded a mash up kind of track in Traktor, basically 2 tracks played over each other.

Put in through audacity to try and boost the highs and the bass a bit and it sounds ok - but when I load it back into traktor the waveform is pretty flat and it lacks the punch of the professional produced tracks.

Is there anything I can do to sort out the sound/waveform?

    Thanks

I don't thinks that there is a possibility to increase the volume. Maybe it is better just to try doing this in Traktor or, even better, in Ableton.

Yea I think I'm going to have to re-record it in Ableton
