I dont know what you like Buuuut..
you definately should look into Boys Noize - techno/electro GOD.
Use beatport.com (it pwns for buying / previewing tracks n finding new artists).

I mostly play electro & can give you a list of more artists if you want.
For mixing with hip-hop edIT and ratatat are awesome hip-hop influenced electronic music.

A few other artists i like are:
    DatA
    SebastiAn
Burial (the track archangel fk'n rocks)
    Skream
    8-Bit Boy
    LA Riots
    Villains

I would say the best way is to jump on a site like http://www.beatport.com
wander around there to see what sets into your taste.

The new "Does it Offend You, Yeah?" is nuts. Also, since you already spin hip-hop, give Drum and Bass a try as it is pretty much hip-hop breaks at double speed. Notable artist's include DJ Fresh, High Contrast, Pendulum, Sub-Focus, and Commix.

I thought www.pandora.com was mega cool, it plays music based on what other music you listen to. Though now they don't allow allow in Australian IP's until new legislation is passed
Its really worth checking out if you can get it working in your country

I am sorry to get all genre like but
    MSTRKRFT
    VITALIC
    JUSTICE
    SIMIAN MOBILE DISCO

are all electro, no where near techno in my opinion, I recommend finding a DJ you like on beatport under the charts section and lookup the time of music they have on their list... its a good place to start...

otherwise www.residentavisor.net is also a good place...

when you talk about techno there a few types out there....
    techno
    tech house
    minimal techno
    progressive techno

    etc...

for the sake of good behaviour I will not comment on trance.. I dont think it has evolved beyond the year 2003/4 but hey thats just me.

Good techo - anything from germany
Look up labels - Poker Flat, Kompakt, Bpitch to get you started...

    Have fun
