Kontrol X1 & Traktor Scratch Pro

I am using Traktor Scratch Pro along and I'm interested in buying the Kontrol X1 soon. I have two CDJ1000 decks but is it possible to use

cdjs for channel 1 & 2 (decks A & B)
kontrol x1 for channel 3 & 4 (decks C & D)

do you have c and d already linked to channel 3 and 4 on mixer? if not that would need doing

no, but in pictures of it there is stuff do with controlling decks, wouldn't make sense if it couldn't do it
