Default How to fix wobbly jogwheel?

So my jog wheel has been wobbly ever since i opened it up to update my firmware.

I dropped it the other day, and now the other job wheel is worse.

So i opened it up and tried to fix it....however i just tightened the screws a little bit and it didnt do anything.

Dose anyone know how to fix this?

i took the who thing apart top and bottom and i tighten all the screws. I had to push a little bit on the job wheel on top and now its back to normal.

also try to unscrew the jog wheels from the top (metal & plastic parts) and make sure the screw that hold the jog wheels to the frame as tight as well. I've had to work on two units already.

I'm having the same problem now, I tightened all the screws and it is still wobbly...
I don't know what to do anymore and I think my warranty isn't valid anymore since I upgraded the firmware, added the SE overlay and the joggrips?
Anyone who can help me? I hope it's nothing serious that I can't fix...

Take off your jog wheel and tighten the 4 screws that are under the plastic.
