Check out the NAMM 2010 controllers review on the main page. They did a nice little piece on the OP-1.

For me, it would be a interesting piece of gear to carry around to capture production ideas (throw down a few cords, etc). Just pop it in my messenger bag and pull it out like an iPod when creativity strikes.

i saw that one a while ago thats what really made me excited about it but it is a very short review. hopefully we will get to see the features in a bit more detail soon.

it's not really tape right?! They just call their digital sampling function a 'tape recorder'?

looks sweet. I LOVE the integrated FM radio. Synth/Sampler/FMtuner = Great combo!
