Hey Everyone,
I have started a Linkedin Group called FaderHub.
There are clearly a good deal of us who also have "normal" day jobs so I thought it might be useful to start up a professional networking group for DJs, Producers and those who are involved in the music scene. This group is simply a place for us to connect and network. It doesn't matter if you are professional, semi-professional, bedroom based or just getting started. This is in no way designed to replace or compete with the forums, groups and boards you already use. Let's be honest, Linkedin just isn't a place you need to spend a huge amount of time, but it is pretty useful.
Use this group to expand your professional network, find a new job, book gigs, find talent, connect with labels and media outlets, and everything in between. Please do not use this group to promote your latest mix or production.
This is an Open Group and anyone can join. We’ll go easy on the moderation as long as everyone plays their part. I am going to be looking for a couple of admins to help run the group so please contact me if you would like to get involved.
Beats By Dre is like audio flu for your balls.
I am an intern in webdesign studio, very interesting job and the people in design are great fun to hang around
I was an electrician for 11 years (loved it) and then a HVAC tech for 4 years (dad's company, really been doing HVAC since i was born). Just recently started going back to school. I am pursuing an Associates of Applied Arts in Communication Design so I can do what I truly love. If it doesn't pan out I can still fall back on the trades. At the very least it is a good example to my kids.
