AFAIK the offer only applies to soundcards sold after May 1st until June 30th.
However if i had bought a card very close to May 1st i would contact support and request the Supersize offer. Proof of purchase will be needed.
Anyone buying a card within the correct dates that received T3LE instead of TPRO LE will qualify for the offer i think. It would just be a matter of getting a TPRO LE serial number and activating the TPRO Demo.
Again these are my assumptions at the moment.

Cool. Im guessing that the weekend got in the way of it being processed .
Like i said earlier NI mostly take the weekend off .

Got mine at long last. It did however take a ticket to be raised for them to get on it and send me a download link and liscense key.
