    Condolences mate. The last news I got from A&H before getting refunded was they were going to try a new firmware on it. This was in october/november last year. Don't know whether they've fixed it or not...

    I just ordered a xone 2D aswell and i'm starting to regret it.
    Seems to me A&H products aren't as good as people say they are.

    Oh, their mixers are for sure. The midi stuff though, less so ; but there is less awesome added value to be made of simple midi controls. You might be in luck with the 2D, it may not have that problem.

    Had no issues with my 4D or 1D since owning them just pot luck i guess

    My Xone 1d's arrived last night and they are solid enough units, but there does seem to a bit of latency on the faders. Is this standard on the Xone products?
