Do you spin goth/industrial???
Do you spin goth/industrial???
I would say the worst part of opening for me is you have to set the standard for the mix. If its too high the rest of the mix seems weak. If it's too low, you sound like shit by comparison.
SyblingQ - Electro House for dark alleys.
I'll start the mix, that's fine. I should (hopefully) have time tonight to throw something together. I'll figure something good out to start
Sweet I'll be looking for it!
SyblingQ - Electro House for dark alleys.
are we going to do mp3 or wav?
also are we going to post the (rapidshare) link on the thread or pm it?
Um... we'll PM it.
So what's the order?
1. DvlsAdvct
2. Foreverhex
3. JesC
4. Subvert
?
Or, Subvert, you want to start?
When this is done.... I want to VJ over this mix~!!!
That would be fucking amazing
(can I curse on these forums? I don't think I've ever tried)
(ps: guess so)
I think that line up will work.
Are you going to pull out the power noise? Or are we trying to stick with just industrial. Wait... the subject says "Underground Electronica Mix", I understand now. Blah.
SyblingQ - Electro House for dark alleys.
Well, foreverhex has now opened the can of worms.
What's industrial, buddy? We talking standard club songs (which I can do and keep interesting) or are we talking the overarching music in general? I'll probably stay away from powernoise cause, well, it's boring to sit at my desk and spin.
I'll probably do a bit here and there, we'll see. Maybe I'll start it out with my crazy Kylie Minogue and Skullfuck mashup to get the energy going, huh? What do ya think? ;-)
I figure, as long as you'd hear it in a goth/industrial club it'll fit. So that leaves room for VNV Nation, Ministry, Terrorfakt, I:Scintilla, The Azoic, The Cruxshadows, etc. etc. etc.
If we want to restrict it more that's fine too. Let me know and I'll work with it.
