Nice post BigC !

Here is another pizza making tip- never wash your pizza stones with any detergent they are VERY porous and you will ruin your stone, if it gets really grimy just use a damp cloth and a scraper. Its said that the more you use the stone it will get better it gets and will add to the flavor to your pizza - i dunno if that last bit is true but its worth keeping in mind none the less.

Here's what I know about making pizza:

1) Set the oven to 450-ish.

2) Get ahold of this:


3) Heat until melted

4) Be sure to avoid dropping the pizze face down on the oven as this totally ruins the pizza, trust me

Nothing like pineapple, strips of bacon, some fresh garlic and a good whack of cheese for a great pizza.
Also I don't see what's wrong with fish on pizzas but anchovies should be banned from all food. A pizza with smoked salmon, green onions, capers with a cream sauce instead of tomato would probably taste really nice. Also V-Hoff's idea sounds like the pizza equivalent of a tuna melt, and that's a good thing.

Pineapple is good for about 3 bites, then I'm over it! I'm a fan of pulled pork with BBQ sauce, red onions and a little sharp cheddar on my pizza.

Btw, the other dj forums I'm on have a bunch of political crap in their OT threads, while we have pizza, tattoos, and drunk stylez. Once again, DJTT for the win!

bacon on pizza is the best, have to say.

Recipes look good. Mine vary a little, and I dont use a machine or anything. Sometimes I omit the oil in the dough, as this isnt like, traditional.
