Default A question regarding to Serato Soundcard and Traktor

I was thinking the other day. Is it possible to run the soundcard normally used for serato to be used with Traktor using asio4all?

I've been wondering about this too. It would be great if a serato dj and a traktor dj could share a soundcard so that changing over would only involve plugging the usb into a new computer.

    Traktor scratch needs approved soundcard/mixer
We don't believe in the star system. We want the focus to be on the music. If we have to create an image, it must be an artificial image. That combination hides our physicality and also shows our view of the star system. It is not a compromise-daftpunk

But if you were to use traktor pro with a midi controller can you just use it to output sound and monitor?

sure, keep in mind that the sl1 doesnt have headphone jack as it was designed with external mixer use in mind

i prefer a dedicated headphone jack with external vol control but yeah that will work, and you would adjust the cue vol in traktor
