    Default traktor pro

    i read on here that the tks files wont work on the new traktor pro ... what will i use if i am using a regular vc1-100,,,,or do i even need tks files at all??

    I think you have to remap the entire thing.

    Yup everyone has to redo their setups, its a good move though, this has allowed them to implement better midi functionality than they could otherwise.

    Surely someone will submit a traktor pro tks in pretty short order after the release.

    Hehe, It seems like the FREE upgrade has "Disappeared" from their page I not a happy bunny anymore hehehe

    if i'm correct you can import old setting files like the tks files in your traktor pro

    tks = becoming tsi
    organic is the word of 2009

    I believe you are, but some midi functionality has changed names or been removed completely.

    Let me just carve out a month to upgrade my TKS files. I'm kinda afraid of this upgrade project... but I really, really want Traktor Pro.

    Nope you cant, sad but true.
    Like i said though it is for the better !
    I was a bit cheezed off too at first but the better midi functionality is definantly worth it !
    There has been that much of a change in the midi functionality that importing old TKS files would be impossible.
