    Hey all
    does anyone know what the turn around time is for a US work visa coming from New Zealand for a DJ?

    3 Months is pretty standard i'd imagine. Sheet UK citizens can bum around in NZ for 9 months before we deport 'em.

    it can take like up to 3 months i think. next time i chat with tim richards i will ask him how long it took for him to get his visa to play last summer.

    you may be able to do like a rush service which may help speed things up. inversely, you can try going to the US consulate or whatever in NZ and apply in person (usually) in which case, you may be able to get a visa same day.
