    my brother sent this to me the other day, thought you guys might like to read it...
    apparently the new macbook gets so hot, you could boil water on it... wonder if i could do eggs and bacon on it too?

    This does work, but apparently Apple did not think that the machine would get really hot. After all most of its users are not going to be taxing the brain of the machine playing their Coldplay or surfing the net looking for a girlfriend.

    Apple had a similar problem with the G4 titanium. Had one and it would get so hot it could burn you (many reported incidents). The reason they went to aluminum was partially for better thermal dissipation. Now what are they going to do?
