    Default OT: Camcorder Advice

I'm looking to get a camcorder to do some basic internet-type work (YouTube). What should I be looking for as far as minimum specs and features?

I know this is open-ended and opinion based, but any suggestions would be good.

    Phil.

P.S. its not 100% OT as I would like to enter the DJTT 4 deck juggling contest ;-)

Hey phil, I personally have the JVC Everio GZ-MS120, It has dual SD cards and isn't high def, but takes great video nevertheless. here are some examples:

all depends on your budget bro, and whether or not you want flash media based camera, or mini dv, or hard drive based etc...

also do you just want it specifically to do youtube quality vids, or will you be doing other stuff as well?

Thanks for the advice guys (sorry about the spelling in the title, but once posted, you can't change it.)

OK, went to a few places and settled on a Canon Vixia HF M31. Its flash based (32G onboard) and HD. The two reasons I chose this model is the quality of the sensor and the mic input. It also has a video light and remote control, so should be good for multiple situations.

Now to start burning down my DJTT "to do" list!!

These things are awesome, we just started using a couple for snowboarding..HD, rugged as hell and only 300 bucks..I can vouch for the quality. (They aren't limited to being attached to something)
