Default Save playlist changes without exit?

I just spent an hour working on a playlist, only to have my computer crash and loose all the work I just did. Is there any way to save playlist info without exiting the program?

You can also right/ctrl Click on the Track Collection node and choose Save Collection.
This does everything that closing down does. Saves all your prep work, your playlists and changes to grids/cues etc.

I do it every 10 minutes or so when im doing a lot of prep.
