Need advice on my Studio/Keyboard rig.

I have an existing set of powered monitors and powered sub and just scored a JBL speaker setup with a power head along with another power sub. Basically what is the best way to hook up two sound systems to one set of Outputs from my mixer (XLR preferred). My mixer has monitor (single 1/4" jack), cue, headphones. I know I can rig control through the headphone jack, but that is pretty hillbilly... I am afraid my monitor and cue outs will be mono outputs. For what its worth this is a classic Roland 16E rack mixer.
