I whipped one up for u pretty quickly - http://www.mediafire.com/?qtwjjiyvzk4

Runs at 130 bpm for a few beats, then gradually slows down, then its goes that constant whining sin wave noise.

Dunno if i got the frequency right as i just did it by ear, only referencing from memory - but it should be close enough

    Thanks Jason

If its not quite what you are after then just lemme know and i can do some edits on it.

For instance i could put some reverb on it to make it sound more like you are standing in a room with it.

I can alter the starting rate, make it slow, then fast, then slow again - or however you need it.

    Also can edit the pitch.

I can also put more gain on it if need be.

Did not nearly have as much work as the link jester posted (it took like a whole 1 min to make ), but i figured you might not be after that sort of sound so i offered an alternative.

Good idea for a sound to drop into a set though !

Edit: oh and i should say that it does not sit exactly on any specific note - i put it on the closest note i could find then pitch bent it to that specific frequency. Shouldnt really be much of a big deal though.

Isn't it called a flatline? I'm no Dr though so don't quote me on that.
