I bought Traktor Duo, the one they sell with a audio 4 and control vinyl/cds. In Duo under upgrade, NI has the Traktor Pro upgrade for $80. If I upgrade to Pro, can I still use my vinyl or do I have to pay for that?

If your duo came in the big blue box with the vinyl and A4DJ, it is Traktor Scratch Duo. And, according to the NI website, for $79 you can upgrade to Traktor Scratch Pro (Traktor Pro with the DVS plug in).
