It's not TouchOSC. . but the app has multi-kill switches and FULL control of SSL.

Saw it on the Serato site, looks cool. Guy says it's a work-in-progress but seems pretty much ready. If you mail him, he says he can get you a demo (don't know how that works for Apple apps...). You will find him in the iPad thread over there.
