    Default VCI as a mixer 4 Serato?

    I would like to use my VCI as a mixer/controller for Serato..Would like to set up a jog wheel for crate scrolling...If anyone has the 411 for dummies on how to set this up or where to direct me if it's already out there in info-land I'd much appreesh...

    thats really not possible as serato does not support internal mixing. Perhaps you can send both channels out to ableton and mix there but i doubt it.

    mmmm how weird he is using a ESI 46 soundcard and serato support that mmm?????? i dont think is possible i though serato only works with the rane box now im confused....

    he's using djDecks with a SSL skin.

    djDecks is an open dvs allowing use of any soundcard and any timecode vinyl. it has great support for the vci-100 and it even has lot's of skins!

    Interesting...Didn't see the ssl skin on the dj decks skins download just the plug in to use ssl timecode..Does the plug in automatically give you the ssl skin?...Thanks!
