check out their main jobs page: http://www.native-instruments.com/en/company/jobs/
there's an opening for a Freelance DJ Product Specialist in the USA...
yeah, I will be applying after I graduate from university in December.
You can see why it's not been filled. They're asking for someone who is perfectly bilingual, creative, musical, engaging, technically minded and charismatic AND willing to work their ass off under some manager, without any of the autonomy, freedoms or rewards of actually being a famous DJ/Performer.
Can't really see why anyone who fits the description would want to get a corporate job. They need to rethink that job description.
Yeah driving around a section of America and showing people Traktor and getting paid for it is a pisser aint it.
There must be loads of guys on this forum that could do this job.
"The role will involve you in two to three events a month"
I could do this job in my spare time.
I dont that it matters even if you are an aspiring DJ. There is a DJ Division at NI and if you are genuinely talented your kinda amongst the right people to get gigs.
