Today I learnt that Drew should NEVER be allowed to lead a Scout Troup or any form of activity group !!!

I learnt (or rather, remembered) that modifiers in Traktor can have values other than 0 and 1. Ugh. Wish I'd learnt that an hour or so ago.

I learned that i can set my girlfriends SKY+ box to record TV programs with an app on my iPhone.

So i can be in the club and think "crap i forgot to set record on that documentary about Tanks" and i can do it on my phone.

Believe me its a great thing when there are 4 girls in the house and i get zero choice of whats on tv.

Theres a program that looks great about Concorde on this week.

Was in the UK last week, had 4 channels in the cottage, and the thing about concorde was on. Was actually pretty nice, did you manage to see it?

That's scary, it could have been a lot worse if you didn't have any friends around. Glad your okay. I go backpacking and dirt bike riding by myself all the time in some pretty out of the way places so my mother got me a SPOT locator for Christmas last year.

Yes mate i did . It was excellent. Shocked to find out the truth about the crash in France. Terrible waste of life. Such a shame that an amazing plane isnt flying.
Where in UK did you visit? Hope you had a nice stay.

I learn't that I shouldn't have bought a linksys WRT160N router because it has serious DNS issues whatever that means.
In practice it mean't that it kept redirecting me from facebook to myspace and also sometimes on this site when I would click into another page I would get redirected to myspace, a pretty well known issue with this router apparently.
So back it went for a netgear.

Scotland: Stirling, Boat of Garten and Edinburgh. Had a great time. Expensive country though!

Edinburgh is VERY expensive, very nice but very costly. Scotland in general is not so expensive.
I thought Amsterdam was expensive at Easter but a great place. Just gotta stay out of the tourist bars where its 9 euros for a a Beer !!!
