Default TPro thought experiment: Actual cue point chords!

Possible but I'm not gonna MIDI this up any time soon, maybe one day:

Let's say I have a nice lead line in a tune. Be great if I could play chords with it over another track eh?

You could! Set a cue point on each note of the lead line on your track. Then macro a button that'll deck copy the track into decks C&D.

Now have different buttons macro'd that will set the 'key' of each track into one note of a triad. Repeat for the most common triads (I-IV-V) major and minor etc.

Some more macros required: buttons that will trigger the same cue point in all 3 decks:

Congratulations, you are now playing a chord pad - literally cue point chords!

    That is all.

Could also work with 2 decks and intervals. Can't go wrong with fifths. Hmmmm.

tried it a while back (not exactly the way you described but very similar), too much effort vs. too little effect.
