And how portable are they?

I think it would do perfectly. Just get yer measuringtape out, and compare sizes with the stand specs, which should be easily found here:

Any good? I can get that for about £170 in the UK.......might be an alternative to the Deno DN-X120.

Well, tbh the X120 was a fave of mine too, but the RMX-30 won because of two things:

• 3 channels
• money

The RMX-30 came in €50,- cheaper at that time, so it almost became a no-brainer.

The mixer works well. It's not a spectacular high-end mixer, but it gets the job done perfectly for spinning and recording at home.

you ain't seen nothing yet bro... if I make it to poland (horrible weather conditions) and if - big if - I don't fuck up on stage, the routine will make heads explode. though I might get disqualified for using too much stuff other than decks, haha... it's essentially a controllerism routine with a bit of turntablism. but then again, this IS the show category and other stuff is allowed. we'll see...
