    Citronic, Omnitronic, Stanton, Akiyama, KAM, American Audio and a few others i cant remember off the top of my head all use the 'Super OEM' turntable as the platform they base their models on.. they all use the same base parts but some 'manufacturers' have different features like reverse spin platters.

    You're 100% right, super oem's are pretty good, and most of them are not "too" expensive.

    My home setup, I've added a case for the nuo 3 since. I'm not really sure what to do with the x1 when I play out, for now I set it on the edge of both flightcases, between one table and the other. My table real estate is low, as I don't like rocking in battle mode.
