what about MSN messenger? that supports web can. what if you enabled the cam on that and full screened the picture from that? prob have to start a conversation with asomeone else to do it though? just a thought...

What outs do you have on the computer with the webcam? USB, firewire, serial, HDMI? What ins do you have on the TV?

get a flashdrive
download the ustream producer thing
move the installation file to the flash drive
plug flashdrive into desktop and install

open ustream producer, use the webcam as a camera. that should work
