What you trying to do exactly ?

You can export a Traktor playlist: right/ctrl click Export Playlist
You can choose to copy the tracks or just make an .nml which you can then import to another laptop. If the files and paths are the same it will work fine.

    collection.nml is in Documents/Traktor

    I do this.....

You can either have two collections that point to the same drive with your music by copying the collection nml from one account to the other. This will need all music to be in the exact location for each account though. eg. all my music is on my F drive so uses the same path no matter what account i'm in.

Or you could even change your traktor folder set, so both accounts use the same folder set. eg move it from your my documents folder to a shared drive that both accounts can use. Then both versions of traktor will use the same settings including the collection.nml

Prob makes no sense as i'm hopeless at explaining.

any quations just shoot or if anyone else sees anything wrong with what i'm doing i would be glad to hear.

Click on any playlist in the tree, Right Click - Export playlist.
It will save an NML where you want .

Then click on the Playlist Node on the other install and right click - import Playlist.
